Public Records Management Office

The public records management team manages the coordination, compilation, and acquisition of non-student public records for the School Board of Palm Beach County. From an advisory capacity, this office provides training for all school and department records custodians to effectuate Florida's Public Records Laws, as codified in Chapter 119, Florida Statutes (F.S.).


Requesting Public Records

According to state law, all state, county, and municipal non-exempt records are open for personal inspection and copying by any person. If you would like to submit a public records request to the School District of Palm Beach County, please contact the Office of Public Records Management. If you would like to request Student Records, please contact the Records Management Office.
