Here is an honest conversation with a group of Palm Beach County high school students who volunteered to talk about their experiences with mental health issues. We asked them what kinds of societal factors affect their mental health, and what helped them overcome their struggles. Bottom line, you are not alone. SDPBC has many resources to help you, including school counselors, psychologists, a behavioral health professional on every school campus as well as connections with community agencies.
